Wow. Precisely. Every word, something I thought or felt as I pondered his passing. The one thing I know for sure is something else you said — we can’t know how he felt and all the speculation and pontificating and “call this number” stuff…when you’re in that particular type of pain, none of it matters. That’s the tough part for me, that no amount of love or anything else can reach someone at that point. So…he did what he felt he had to do. And we’re left with the pain of the loss and the confusion it caused. The cool thing, though? DAMN a lot of people loved him. And he deserved it. So…there’s that…
